A note about investment:

I often debated using the word fee or rate or investment for the monetary exchange required for our healing work together.  Investment ultimately embodied the philosophy that really encompasses our work together.  Through our work together your financial investment contributes to a brighter and healthier present and future self.  Investment means you are committed to seeing yourself positively change and are supporting those who help you do so.  Chinese medicine is an amazing modality for healing. When you invest in a board certified Chinese Medicine practitioner, you are investing in a practitioner with 4 years of (high cost) graduate level education, board certification, any post-graduate training or certifications that practitioner has further undertaken to understand your condition better, as well as their years of professional experience with patients just like you.  Their financial and energetic commitment to supporting you is reciprocated through monetary exchange so they can continue to be the best practitioner for you and your loved ones.

When thinking about what your investment might look like, I liken it to going to the gym to get stronger.  Do you go to the gym once and expect a big change in how strong you are?  No, we all know it takes consistent showing up for yourself to notice positive change.  Same is true for acupuncture or coaching, each session will be helping create shifts and changes that will be sustained by showing up consistently for yourself. Healing is a cumulative effect that takes time, but the process itself can be profound.   Although change is different for every person, typically here is what you can expect:

Fertility and Hormonal Health: 3 - 6 months weekly acupuncture and herbal medicine, supplements, life style changes.

Pregnancy: Weekly treatments starting at 34 weeks for birth prep, as needed treatments during pregnancy.

Acute Pain: 4-6 weekly treatments

Chronic Pain: 8-12 weekly treatments

General Health and Stress/Anxiety: typically follows the acute and chronic timeline mentioned above.

Many things can positively influence this timeline including showing up for weekly appointments, adding herbal medicine/supplements, creating mindset shifts, working on overall stress levels, dietary shifts and adding or changing movement practices.
